Why do you want to be a school board member?
Want to use my educational and technical skills for the benefit of community and well as to motivate students to build their future bright career.
What does education justice mean to you? What does it mean specifically in the context of your school district?
Provide good education to all students irrespective of gender, color, and origin. Develop friendly and constructive competition among students to achieve high goals and be successful contributing and proud citizen of USA.
If you could completely reimagine the way schools look after this public health crisis, what would they look like?
In-person teaching for all students. Institute academic curriculum (K-12) is complimented with hands-on technical programs. This will help students develop innovative ideas and hardware for the well being of citizens.
Describe how you think parents, students, and families should be involved in making decisions within your school district?
Northville community has highly successful parents. Parents may conduct quarterly quality seminars in their subjects of expertise, along with guidance to students to be successful in respective field and to select proper subjects at all grades. Families may take students to students to various technical museums, show video that highlight landing on Mars, human anatomy, and briefly discuss about skills required to manage financial responsibilities.

What are your top 3 educational priorities/goals within your school district?
1. Update periodically academic curriculum and technical facility adhered to emerging technologies.
2. Encourage students to participate in national competitions- First Robotic, Digital Innovations- to develop hands-on skills to optimize hardware necessary to win competitions.
3. To ingrain creativity in students, conduct regular seminars that highlights accomplishments of successful citizens, like Mr. Bill Gate, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, etc.
What are your top 3 educational priorities/goals at a state level?
1. Request state level educational representative and university governors to conduct webinars and explain students at all grades -current status and future educational needs of state and the USA.
2. Combine current academic curriculum with hands-on technical training to instill creativity .
3. Encourage combinations of experimental and academic pilot programs for teachers and students to be successful citizens.
What challenges do you anticipate this school year to COVID and what do you think your school district must do to keep students & staff safe?
Schools are challenged to reopen school and provide in-person teaching safely.
Northville school has adopted SCHOOLOGY program that combines virtual and in-person teaching approach. Continue with Hybrid teaching model till COVID concerns are eliminated and staff and students are vaccinated properly.
What should be your school district’s top spending priorities in their budget? Alternatively, what should not be prioritized your district’s budget?
1. Allocate resources for training and facilities for teachers to acquire skills in the emerging technologies.
2. Retain and attract high quality teachers, offer comparable benefits and workload in nearby school districts.
What role do you think standardized tests should play in your school district?
Train and encourage students to achieve high scores in standardized tests.
If you could have an impact on your school district’s curriculum , what changes would you make? What, if anything, would you keep the same?
Establish technical facility at schools to bolster current hands-on technical programs.
What responsibility do you believe your school district has in supporting students’ and staffs’ mental and emotional health/wellbeing?
School district and also community must emphasize benefits and importance of positive benefits of diverse culture. Conduct seminars to inspire students, play grade level videos and inspirational talks for students and teachers. The good inspiration talk of GRETA. Her speeches and meditation for 10 minutes will inspire students, refresh and calm their minds., to develop social skills necessary for well beings of all.
How do you think your school district should handle student discipline/and make schools a safe place for students and staff?
Make students and their parents aware of expected good discipline and consequences of poor behaviors.
First step of discipline starts with parents, they may discuss consequence of bad behavior, methods to protect from danger and to adhere self control. Moreover disciplines instils values and sense of responsibility .
Conduct dry run drills once in six months to prepare everyone and to take care of each other in case of real emergencies of all natures.
What are your top priorities around special education in your district?
The school district may request community to volunteer to meet need of special education. Volunteers will coach steps and processes needed for special educations.
What is your perspective on working towards achieving equity within your school district?
Encourage good lunch and learning facility for all students. Also, teachers and staff may take turn to join students during lunch and participate in extracurricular activities.
