Here is some info shared by this candidate regarding working with school community stakeholders:

I believe that the people closest to the students, should be allowed an option to be involved with the necessary components of education. They need to have plenty of time to be able to attend up-coming board meetings. Ex. Announcing the board meetings on the school site or on the school's social media page, at least 30 days prior. I think if the community shares their email addresses, they should also be receiving updates on budgets and/or meetings.
For students, there could be a social platform to get involved and letting their voice be heard. Or announcing up-coming board meetings. Ex. using RenWeb or something similar.
